1. How long will the delivery take from the time I order?
We will arrange to deliver your order within 3 days after the payment are confirmed. Normally, you can receive your order within 5-8 business days when it is shipped out. We will email you the tracking number to check shipping status online.
2. May I get a discount?

3. Who is in charge of the Duty and Tariff on international shipments?
We do not afford any duty for an international order. Import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details.

7. Do you stock any brands that are not shown on your website?
Yes, we are about to add more products in the future as we currently do have many new styles in stock. If you can't find the watch you want on our site, please send us a picture of the exact model you want and we will let you know if we have it in stock.
8. How safe is it to order from your site?

9. Is there any limit to how many watches I can order?
No, there is no limit. Actually, your ordering more than one watch at a time is welcomed.
10. What can I do if I'm not satisfied with the quality?
Contact designer-cheap.com within 48 hours upon reception of your watch if you wish to pursue an exchange or want other solutions.
